Parmi les 11 projets soutenus, celui du Professeur Laurent Lefebvre, men\u00e9 avec Isabelle Simoes Loureiro et Chiara Vantwembeke, a re\u00e7u un financement de 100.051 euros pour d\u00e9velopper une approche novatrice face aux troubles du comportement chez les personnes atteintes de la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi ce projet est important<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de 90 % des patients atteints de la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer \u00e0 un stade mod\u00e9r\u00e9 ou avanc\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentent des troubles du comportement : agitation, agressivit\u00e9, confusion\u2026 Ces sympt\u00f4mes alt\u00e8rent fortement la qualit\u00e9 de vie des malades et rendent l\u2019accompagnement tr\u00e8s difficile pour les proches et les soignants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une piste nouvelle, centr\u00e9e sur le langage et les \u00e9motions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe du Prof. Lefebvre explore une voie originale : utiliser les \u00e9motions dans la communication pour r\u00e9duire ces troubles. Gr\u00e2ce au soutien de notre Fondation, ils d\u00e9veloppent un outil bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle capable d\u2019analyser le langage spontan\u00e9 des patients dans diff\u00e9rents contextes \u00e9motionnels. Cet outil, baptis\u00e9 AECEL, vise \u00e0 mieux comprendre les capacit\u00e9s cognitives r\u00e9siduelles des malades et l\u2019impact des \u00e9motions sur leur expression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux volets de recherche sont en cours :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude<\/strong> permet d\u2019entra\u00eener l\u2019IA \u00e0 analyser les r\u00e9cits \u00e9motionnels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une seconde \u00e9tude<\/strong> \u00e9valuera l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019outil sur le terrain, en situation r\u00e9elle, aupr\u00e8s de patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un guide pratique pour tous les aidants<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce projet donnera naissance \u00e0 un guide gratuit, disponible en deux versions (pour aidants proches et professionnels), con\u00e7u avec les personnes concern\u00e9es et accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une vid\u00e9o explicative. Objectif : offrir des conseils concrets, valid\u00e9s scientifiquement, pour adapter la communication et am\u00e9liorer les \u00e9changes au quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00ab M\u00eame en phase avanc\u00e9e, certaines capacit\u00e9s subsistent. Trop souvent, on les oublie.
