Pendant 26 ans, elle a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction de&nbsp;<em>Plus Magazine<\/em>, o\u00f9 elle s\u2019occupait de la rubrique juridique et traitait d\u00e9j\u00e0 de sujets comme les successions, les testaments, les mandats extra-judiciaires ou les imp\u00f4ts. Elle explique aussi pourquoi elle a souhait\u00e9 rejoindre Stop Alzheimer : parce qu\u2019Alzheimer et les maladies apparent\u00e9es touchent de nombreuses familles, parfois de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s, et qu\u2019elle souhaite contribuer, \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re, \u00e0 cette mission.<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ppl-ai-file-upload.s3.amazonaws.com\/web\/direct-files\/attachments\/176809142\/ec5bcd7f-50de-4ab0-9da2-9cb99aba3e2a\/164_NEW426_TriptiqueA4_Mailing_Avril-2026_FR_LR.pdf\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019un des sujets qui l\u2019a le plus marqu\u00e9e concerne les testaments r\u00e9dig\u00e9s \u00e0 la main. Elle souligne qu\u2019ils peuvent manquer de clart\u00e9, devenir sujets \u00e0 interpr\u00e9tation et ne pas toujours refl\u00e9ter l\u2019intention r\u00e9elle de la personne qui les a r\u00e9dig\u00e9s. Elle rappelle qu\u2019un testament pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec un notaire peut offrir davantage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, notamment parce qu\u2019il est inscrit au Registre central et peut \u00eatre retrouv\u00e9 plus facilement.<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ppl-ai-file-upload.s3.amazonaws.com\/web\/direct-files\/attachments\/176809142\/ec5bcd7f-50de-4ab0-9da2-9cb99aba3e2a\/164_NEW426_TriptiqueA4_Mailing_Avril-2026_FR_LR.pdf\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annemie revient aussi sur les questions qui lui sont le plus souvent pos\u00e9es lors de ses conf\u00e9rences juridiques. Les gens veulent notamment savoir dans quelle mesure ils peuvent d\u00e9roger aux r\u00e8gles l\u00e9gales de la succession, ce qu\u2019un testament permet r\u00e9ellement de pr\u00e9voir, ou encore comment fonctionnent les mandats extra-judiciaires. Elle pr\u00e9cise aussi ce qu\u2019un mandat peut permettre, mais \u00e9galement ce qu\u2019il ne permet pas, comme r\u00e9diger un testament \u00e0 la place d\u2019une personne.<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ppl-ai-file-upload.s3.amazonaws.com\/web\/direct-files\/attachments\/176809142\/ec5bcd7f-50de-4ab0-9da2-9cb99aba3e2a\/164_NEW426_TriptiqueA4_Mailing_Avril-2026_FR_LR.pdf\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, elle explique l\u2019utilit\u00e9 du mandat extra-judiciaire : il permet \u00e0 une personne d\u2019anticiper et de d\u00e9signer quelqu\u2019un pour agir en son nom si elle n\u2019en est plus capable, sans devoir passer par le juge de paix.
